Girl Wrestlers in Virginia Should Be Treated Equally
Girls Wrestling is a VHSL-sanctioned sport in Virginia, but VHSL won’t let girls compete for Team State Championships, Team Regional Championships, Individual All-State honors, and individual All-Regional honors.
Girls Wrestling has higher levels of participation than many Boys Wrestling classifications.
Why won’t VHSL just treat the girls the same as the boys?
